well, i had to keep the camera at a certian angle to keep the flash from blinding the camera. i'll get a better picture this weekend while i'm covering A-Con for Argent Fire, i just didn't have anyone to snap a photo last night. Terri just kept begging me for a picture so i took one real quick :P  besides, the darkness keeps an air of mystery... how big do you think that camera is? a $500 microcam or just freekishly large paws gripping the photo device? you can't tell, thats the mystery xD

I would wager that you are actually 2 inches tall.

Okay I know I have been silent on this issue and there are alot of you that wonder what does the great Guru look like ... Well I want you to know this is just a quick snap of my mug. It is slightly out of focus so don't comment on that part. I will try to get a better picture when it gets cooler and my mug will look steaming hot....

:D mine has just never *caught me* calling her the 'Old Ball & Chain' or 'BattleAxe' or 'Nag'. :D

course, if she does: well, I'll be typing (and looking) like Stephen Hawkings. :(

And that is one of the happy reasons why marrying a person whose first language is not the same as yours is so nice. I could call my wife those names and she may not understand the meaning, unless someone is dumb enough to explain it. However, I do not call my wife that......yet!

That may be but you don't want to be saying that to her face! Some may accept the phrase but the majority would beat you within a inch of your life for using "mature" with "female loveliness" IME and from advice I have read and been given. :D

:?: :?: :?: wha.... did I say someting wrong :?: :?: :?:

It really was meant as a compliment, but I can see it perceived differently.
CJ: if I have offended, I apologize.

My wife is older than me, too. I prefer a mature woman who is confident in herself, as opposed to the wasp-ish toothpicks with a personality to match. To not be crude: mature women are also more confident behind closed doors, too.

I don't think you said anything wrong and I am sure it was taken as a compliment, however, in my experience you do not call a woman "mature". My grandma, her sisters, and their friends would have killed you. You have to be careful with the "mature" tag.

No bad here I think!

Me and my long suffering wife (heck, she married me!)

And Captain, if you ever called your wife "the old ball and chain" you would likely be missing some vital equipment....
